Return Policy

At SYNARY, we take pride in the quality and care behind each product. As all items are made-to-order through our print-on-demand partner Printify, our return policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

1. Made-to-Order Products

All SYNARY products are custom-made upon order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

  • The product is defective

  • You received the wrong item

2. Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, provide:

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Your order number and shipping information

Once verified, we will work with our fulfillment partners to offer a replacement or store credit.

3. Refunds

Refunds are only issued in cases of defective or incorrect items. Once we confirm the issue, we will initiate your refund. Please allow several business days for the amount to reflect on your original payment method.

4. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After this window, production begins and we are unable to cancel or make changes. Double-check all order details before checkout.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges due to the custom nature of our products. Please ensure product size and selections are accurate before placing your order.

6. Return Shipping

If your return request is approved (for a damaged or incorrect item), SYNARY will cover all return shipping costs. For any other circumstances, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products that are not defective or incorrect

  • Personalized/customized products
