Shipping Policy – SYNARY
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
We offer shipping across the United States. All orders are fulfilled and shipped through Printify’s network of partners. Shipping times typically range from 5 to 12 business days, depending on your location and the product(s) ordered.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the size/weight of your order. You’ll be able to view the final shipping cost before completing your purchase.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. As our products are made-to-order, this processing time includes the production period required by our fulfillment partners.
Shipping Methods
Printify offers a variety of shipping methods depending on the item and delivery location. Shipments are handled through major carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Shipping Delays
While we do everything possible to ensure on-time delivery, SYNARY is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as weather, customs, or carrier issues — especially during high-volume periods like holidays.
Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website. Please allow a few hours for the tracking information to update once your package is in transit.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our team within 7 days of the delivery date. We’ll assist you and coordinate with our fulfillment partners to resolve the issue. Be sure to include your order number and any supporting photos.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO
Yes, we ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses within the United States. Please double-check that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid delays.
Expedited Shipping
We do not currently offer expedited shipping. All orders follow our standard processing and delivery timelines.
